Whether you are a beginner or already have experience with sports, a training at PT-Boxing-Lisse is suitable for everyone, regardless your level. Whatever your goal is, grow muscle, lose weight, built up condition, improve your mental resilence, I can help you with that! Safety is paramount, so that you can experience all the benefits of boxing. I believe that a healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. It is my mission to teach you boxing, to set up a program and to guide you through every training. My holistic approach to boxing will ensure that you feel great and see results quickly.
